Boardroom training includes: CRM, Schedule Optimization, Policies, Customer Service & CX, Product Knowledge and Sales, Local Marketing, Financials of the Business, Staff Skill Training (Haircuts – we have a partnership with one of the leading private colleges in Canada where franchisees have access to workshops run every eight weeks, customized/private Starks training sessions throughout the year, and our own training manual designed to have your most experienced barbers continuously train the least experienced barbers in-store), Hiring and conducting interviews, and building culture. Franchisees also get a quarterly long-form meeting “Commitment to Excellence Review” with the Franchisor that uses an evaluation rubric to let them know how they are doing, identify areas of improvement and help them forecast performance.
